Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll make the process as smooth as riding your favorite break.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, securely pack your items in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement item in your return request
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

If the replacement item has a different price, we’ll process a partial refund or charge the difference accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Beach Accessories (used items)
  • Keyrings & Lanyards
  • Other Accessories (personalized or used items)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or return at no cost to you.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
